There's this site - http://www.gifworks.com On the frontpage itself there's a link How do i get started. Click here to begin click on that.And then on the next page, there'll be a small editor, where u can change ur gif. Click on File and then on File Open. In the next screen, upload ur gif file. After that's done, all u gotta do is click on Edit and then resize, crop or whatever u wanna do to ur image!
