The first good experience for me was with the PVR internet booking system. Its very efficient, unlike Prasad's pathetic internet booking policy and system. The best part was that I could even choose my seat online! And then since the ticket is prepaid by credit card, there is no nonsense like being asked to collect it "one hour before show".
