Best Beer available in Hyderabad

by gyanster » Fri Jan 06, 2006 3:41 pm

I have tasted different types of Lagers and Draughts. Just wanted to know which beer is the best one available in Hyderabad.

I like Kingfisher and Golden Eagle and also like the draught beer jugs that are sold there. But beer is supposed to be light (I know most of you will disagree). Any info on this?

best beer? it all depends on individual taste. i love Kingfisher lager but hate Golden Eagle, Zingaro etc. if KF is not available i wud prefer RC.

among international brands, i love the Bud and Victoria Bitter. many ppl love Fosters, but personally i think its crap. San Miguel is 'ok' IMO.

anyway i have gr8ly reduced my beer intake since last 2 years...and become a scotch n vodka (ok, rum too) worshipper. IMO, they are healthier.
wtf? i no longer care if my posts hurt yr feelings

Fosters is crap alright. Here in Aus no one drinks Fosters, while there it is advertised as an Aussie Beer.

Victoria Bitter was my favorite too once. But there are lots of them here. I am interested in what is available in Hydbad.

id say the best draught is at 10d .. its reasonable (in terms of price) and tastes pretty good. but the service at ten d sucks .. seriously.

The other place with ok draught is easy rider ..

i prefer draught but will settle for RC as lager ...

Sadly not all beers are available in Hyd. San Miguel, to my knowledge is not sold here.

IMO, RC is best among the lot but KF lager is more popular in Hyd.

Other regular brands like Fosters, Sand Piper etc are available too. There is a craze amon guys in Hyd abt Fosters, mostly due to advertisements.

But, RC rules

If San Miguel is available in the so called top end pubs, by which I mean, TDS or B&C or Liquids, its a treat on me.
