Had stuffed protein rich parathas for breakfast with carrot filling.The carrot mixture used for the carrot perugu pachadi I made yesterday was what I used to stuff the parathas with.I kept away some of the carrot mixture before mixing it with the yogurt..:):).Saves on time and comes in handy for my son's school tiffin..:)
