2) Vodka (straight up, no polluting with softdrinks)
3) White Rum (straight up, no polluting with softdrinks)
4) Red Wines
5) Bloody Mary (with an extra dash of tabasco/chili)
6) Beer

i believe that ^^^ to be true for blended scotch, vodka and rum too...thats why i avoid most cocktails, other than Bloody Mary and a few new ones a bartender might recommend...jungle wrote:...having it anyother way but neat is a waste...

Our body is made up mostly of water. Water makes up
‧ 85% of our brain
‧ 80% of our blood
‧ 70% of our muscle
Water helps remove the toxins that our body takes in from the air we breathe and the food we eat. Water carries oxygen and nutrients into all our cells. Water also helps regulate our body temperature.
According to the Food and Nutrition Board of the US Department of Agriculture, we need to drink 8 cups of water (2 litres) a day for optimal and efficient body function. Loss of body water amounting to 10% of body weight impairs our work performance and results in nausea, weakness, delirium and hyperthermia.
Our body’s water requirements are best met by drinking water, though they may also be satisfied from eating solid foods like fruits and vegetables that have a high water content.

Sri wrote:Dear Jungle,
Good topic for the alcoholics.
Once upon a time I used to mix Beer with Rum.
Everybody has there own killing combinations.
But I faced so many insults and abuses after these unauthorized combinations.
So please to you, and to all the Cool Hyderabadis,
Don’t / never mix alcohols.
One beer is enough for some pleasant effect
Or else you can take 60 ml of Whisky preferably Red knight
Or Seagram brands if available.
But dear,
Please Mind your body weight too.

The Dangers of Alcohol
Over 1,000 people die in boating accidents every year. Nine out of ten of them drown. About half of those deaths involve alcohol. It's a tragic fact and not a joke, but 50% of drunk men who drown have their fly unzipped. Enough said?
Four hours of exposure to powerboat noise, vibration, sun, glare, wind and more produces a kind of boater's hypnosis. This slows reactions almost as much as being legally drunk Adding alcohol to this sun exposure intensifies the effects. As the chart shows, sometimes just a couple of beers is too many.
When you're "tipsy," you're much more likely to fall overboard. Alcohol also reduces your body's ability to protect against cold water. So within minutes you may not be able to call for help, or swim to safety. Actually, a drunk person whose head is immersed can be confused and swim down to death instead of up to safety.
