I was goin thru all the posts in the thread "Reservations to Muslims..... Injustice to Hindus" ..... well its shocking that educated people are falling prey to politics of religion. I personally do not approve of "doles" to any "community / religion" in any form.... but I feel that ppl like me form a small % of the vote bank for the politicians, so noone is going to pay attention.

Anyways I jsut hope that "INDIANS" stop thinking in terms of "HINDU" "MUSLIM" "SIKH" etc etc and start thinking in terms of a very large community that is "INDIA"

As far as the politics & politicians are concerned..... Well till the time INDIANS Vote them to power on religious issue's they will play their divide & rule game. The day we get smart enough to teach them a lesson that day I feel we will get our freedom.

On doubt we celebrate our freedom on 15 Aug but i feel that only the politicians got freedom that day...... The common man is still enslaved.

Previously the Britishers used the Divide & rule policy based on religious hatered even now the same practice is followed.

COME ON MY COUNTRYMEN ITS TIME FOR US TO BREAK THE SHACKLES OF RELIGIOUS HATERED. RELIGION IS A PERSONAL ISSUE. LETS KEEP IT THAT WAY. LET US THINK IN TERMS OF INJUSTICE TO HUMANITY NOT JUST HINDUS - MUSLIMS - SIKHS - PARSIS - CHRISTIANS.

hey ramesh, forget something?

i tried to participate in the boards...but man! these guys are just bent on prosecuting each other's faith and religion in their own kangaroo courts. DQ, CAD, XENO, Mayavi....what is the _ point? think about it this way...is it your identity derived from being affiliated to one religion or the other that forces the "I am right" psyche?

who can you resurrect from the past and prosecute and then who are suppossed to be feeling bad, us(as in we all)?

excuuuuuse meeeee...

i never 'prosecuted' any religion. i just stuck to why certain ppl suffer a bad name and image. when did pointing out potential flaws become a bad thing...?

I dont harbor any ill feelings towards any religion ,its just that I was debating and someone got personal, and now someone is using fake ids but you know someone said you can hide but you cant run or was it the other way around..

I really wish that the so called Gods fight their own battles among themselves and prove to/settle for, humans who is the greatest. Ha! Ha! :lol:

But, until they actually prove their or their religion's greatness/superiority, let us not fight and cause agony,pain,injuries and death, especially to people who are not connected with these useless and indecisive arguments/explosions/battles.

Religions, religious groups whose credo is to kill innocents, need to be banned nay annhilated

hmm...CAD...XENO.....religion for you,me and the overwhelming majority of people is a very personal thing. Faith becomes your sub-conscious identity. When someone gets all pointy about it...it does create a lot of negative attitude. My faith and the religion I follow to fulfill that faith is my business, so when people start saying that there are problems with your faith they forget thatthey launching a personal attack. Thats all I got to say for now...

did i ever say there is a problem with any faith? i was pointing out that there are problems with certain followers of certain faiths. this is no personal attack and i am no politician to smile and fellate ppl for votes.

What in the world are you talkin about. Where in any thread did I moot a court to discet any relegion.

All along I have tried to clear the misconceptions ppl carry and have always spoke about prevalation of Human Rights.

An P_D u talk about prosecuting dintcha want to find out about faith of some group in SE Asia ?

Trying to club a relegion with acts of individuals and run with the banter.

you guys have out pretty strongly...but I will still say this, when DQ talks about hindus and extremism he is clubbing me with something i don't identify with. Is it something that you want me to be aware of, DQ or is it something that I said, that you were referring to? In the same vein CAD, you've been takin pains to point out just the opposite to DQ...

i took your names because thats the first discussion that I ever got into and you guys were going at it...you people did put a lot of effort in coming up with tit for tats.
