Infant pillows have a flexible fabric covering, are loosely filled with plastic beads, easily flattened, intended for use by infants under 1 year old, and capable of conforming to the body or face of an infant.
* The “C”-shaped pillows are about 36-inches long, 10-inches wide and 5-inches deep. There is a 100 percent cotton hypoallergenic cover of various colors and prints over the white pillow. Pillows***** and Duvets***** ‘Could Carry Avian Flu Virus’- BEWARE!

A LEADING scientist has urged ministers to ban imports of pillows and duvets from the Far East to protect Britain against a potentially lethal outbreak of avian flu.

Professor Hugh Pennington, a microbiologist and member of the Scottish food advisory committee, has warned people could be at risk of contracting the disease via goods that contain bird feathers*****. In addition to bedding, feathers are also used in jackets and sleeping bags.

He warns it could kill four times as many Scots as first thought, with the death toll potentially exceeding 200,000 and has called for urgent action to prevent the disease from gaining a foothold in the UK.

“The authorities should certainly look very closely at banning imports of feathers,” said Pennington. “The risk is a real one that we might be importing the avian flu virus along with the feathers.

“Some of the feathers are coming from countries where the virus is doing the rounds, feathers get faeces on them, the virus grows in the guts of birds so it’s more than just a theoretical. ...
