If you are in service Industry, Helen I\'d recommend reading \"UP YOUR SERVICE\" by Ron Kaufman. Great work by Ron. Its about Strategies and Action Steps to Delight your Customers.

If you need something for a real change then try reading \"Who moved my cheese\" by Spencer Johnson, which is a subtle but gr8 fable for how we should change with times especially for those in the corporate

Autobio of Abdul Kalam- \"Wings of Fire\" is supposed to be very good. That will be my next book to read.

Let\'s see.. what abt The Alchemist.. and the all of Harry Potters, of course... and then The Lords Of The Rings... and then read Douglas Adams series of Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy, and then let\'s see.. What abt Salman Rushdie\'s Houron And The Tap, and then The Little Prince, and then read, Doctors.. Okay, by the time u finish these books summer will be over! Lol! And don\'t forget The Godfather!
