yes..'THIMBLES' is the right word for those tiny plastic cups we get tea in these days. its shocking to go to Paradise tea shop n pay 3 bucks to get a mouthful of tea in a teeny-weeny plastic cup... :shock:

at least the taste hasnt chngd...



i'll love to get back those classic chipped white cups anyday!

Instant coffee and Irani chai,

enough for this life!

wah wah!! wah wah!!! :P

Someone mentioned arab coffee is near to Indian coffee ... nowayz!!! Arab coffee does not even feel like a fluid, its more like semi solid.

I agree! me is not anywhere near a purist when it comes to coffee (it might be the other way round), but instant cofee sucks!

Filter Coffee Developments!

It's yet another blog from the house of Techrose. The new Filter Coffee, DC Edition will track my transition from Mumbai to the power capital of the world, Washington DC. As I will be taking up a career in technology research and analysis, it is likely that the DC Edition will acquire a tech slant in due course of time. The Original Blend will step up its focus on issues that concern India and the world at large.

I know this is peculiar, but having grown up on Instant coffee, I love the taste of it....coupled with the smell of filter coffee....

Anyone making some?
