IMO, hyd buses are 20 times better than chennai buses

Mumbai certainly has a better system in place for transportation. But the rushes are horrible.
People are crazy, at times are strange. I am locked-in tight, I am out of range.
I used to care, but things have changed.

Esp. During the Office Hours :x



But They Got Various Means-Train,Buses,Autos & Even People are Considerate Enuff to Give a 'Lift'.

The Only Thing I Get When Asking for a 'Lift' in Hyd is Cold Stares :evil:

it actually depends on what we concider as 'better'

mumbai definitely has a better 'system' (probably the only true MMTS in the country)

but it is much easier, cheaper and more comfortable getting somewhere in hyderabad

and also everyone is forgetting how very screwed up the mumbai transportation system gets during monsoon

and if and when the stage 2 of MMTS here is finished i am sure hyd will boast of a better system than most cities

For obvious reasons I guess. sabko apne gaadi ki fikar hoti hai bhai. :P

But its true to an extent that its dificult to get a lift in hyd.

Yeah.For Obvious Reasons Indeed :evil:

But I Have Never Seen anyone Oblige Others With a Lift.Maybe they're to possessive abt their vehicles :P



And Yes,Fl's Point abt Mumbai Being a Mess in the Monssons is true.And This Year it will be worse for some areas as the MUIP Road Work has'nt been completed yet and the Drains are sure to Overflow.Yuck!!!



So Anyone Planning a Mumbai Holiday better Postpone it :lol:

it is true that lots of roads are dug up under the MUTP/MUIP.

i heard that the work on the road leading to international terminal from sakinaka is still under repair . its been atleast 4 months since the work started. hope they finish soon

its a lot of fun driving arnd late night in monsoon

nariman point to juhu on a bike :lol: :lol:

its a nice road

mostly along the beach

and almost deserted after 1230 -1

and u can speed without much worry

the eastern express highway is good too!!
