When does one gets fully satisfied in his work and he makes him realy intrested in his work

Depends.



We get full satisfaction when we manage to fully unload. But if your are in a toilet where there are only tissue papers, then it may reduce the level of satisfaction if you are accustomed to washing yourself with water.



Then, on the other end of the scale is the totally dissatisfactory job. That is when you have piles or some sorta related disiease like dysentry; and later when you find out that there is no water and no tissues, you are even more dissatisfied.



All others are in between these two extremes.

2) Professional Growth



3) A good boss



IMO, its very rare to get all the three together in a job :(
