hellow pple...

really wanted to know how many pple have breakfast regularly.... i have heard most donn have...... (including me)... i heard it has a very bad effect on the brain..... any idea abt all this....

Its the most important meal of the day.....and i never have it!!!!



only been havin breakfast for the past few days coz me be sick...

Me also rarely gets time fer breakfast....

breakfast shud be the heaviest meal of the day and rest of the meals shud get lighter as the day progresses. sadly meal structures almost everywhere now a days goes against this tenet...

I guess my username can give an explanation of my opinion on breakfast. I dont have time in the morning, and also the fact that I would feel sleepy or sluggish after eating..........even if its not a heavy meal. I usually have some juice or water with lime.

Weekends are the breakfast days. I wake up early, cook up a spread and everyones happy :)

I have breakfast on thursdays, saturdays and sundays :)
I'm not in favour of Senseless Windows Bashing.
However,I'm all for Bashing Windows Senseless.

bet u dont have classes on thursdays. And that you play games the whole wednesday night, eat breakfast and then go to sleep.

I have breakfast everyday, it consists of one cup of milk :|
Things are supposed to happen the way they happen. And the reason they happen the way the happen is because you try to make them happen in a certain way and may or may not be succesful.

My Breakfast's A Sometimes-On-Sometimes-Off Affair. Most of the Days its ON,I Have a Real Cracker of a Breakfast (More of a Brunch)and then Proceed as CAD Said.....

My breakfast consists of idlis, dosas, curd rice and on weekends chapathi with channa masala, sandwich, Pav bhaji etc..
Use ur brains in ths DB's else u will bcome like mee

I'm one of those who can't, won't go without 3 meals a day. Every individual is different. I do know people who don't breakfast & perform just as well.
