ICICI website lists abt. 70 ATMs
HDFC is no where near either of them...

What kind of ATM Card does Andhra Bank issue?
Do they issue plain ATM Cards (i.e. one without VISA Electron or Master Electronic)? Or do they force one of those on you like ICICI?

They give a visa electron.
