I just finished "Can You Keep A Secret", by Sophie Kinsella. I bought that at the Newark airport when I was waiting to board my flight back to Charlotte. Light reading thats good for planes. It was pretty good.

Just finished the 3rd in the H2G2 series : Life, The Universe & Everything, all three were amazing, just looking out for So Long & Thanks For All The Fish and Mostly Harmless now.

A Friend of Mine got Da Vinci Code from Somewhere in Abids at a measly 35 bucks and that too a New One.Not Old ,torn or mutilated in any way.

On the Back Cover,it was written $3.50 in pencil

Danielle Steele's books made into tv-movies (for LIFETIME channel ) are pretty good. Ive read quite a few of her books too.

Im nearing the end of her book titled "SAFE HARBOUR". I'll probably finish it today.

Yes most certainly. A friend told a cute quote too ... which I am translating to English.

A donkey chews a reel and says the book was def'y better.

I would prolly agree with the donkey here.

Movies and Television spoonfeed your imagination so much that your grey cells kinda turn pukey.

I would certainly like to read the book, even tho I have seen the movie more than a coupla a times. I guess I do like the messages that were thrown in the sea ....would def'ly like to read them time and again. Appeals to the romantic in most of the people I know too

I recently read these two books by Jean P. Sasson.

They are 'Princess" and its continuation "daughters of arabia"

These books were actually banned in the middle east because it is the true story of a Saudi Arabian Princess.Its like reading her diary.She describes her childhood,her married life and life of her 3 children.

Hasn anyone read them?
