Greg Chappel has been chosen as new coach for "Team India"...Atleast we hav a world class coach;)

Wonder how much influence sourav n jaggu da would hav had in this decision....

Well it was bound to happen I guess. I was expecting Tom Moody to get a shot, but the selectors seem to b a bit risk averse.

Well thats unfair towards the players. we know the current lot is a fighting team. they'll give there best always. just hope greggy is able to add that extar 1 or 2% they lack...

Greg Chappel actually wanted a say in the selection...He believes there r many overrated players and some underrated ones too...Intrestingly he is willing to work 290 days a year with the team ( i certainly work a lot less than that)...

i disagree....there shud be no concept of Job Security in the Indian cricket team....this is no effing govt. job.

underperformers have to be chucked out...whether its sachin or laxman or balaji.

if Chappel is able to bring this kinda australian mentality in BCCI and the team (forget the immature public for now), he deserves a Bharat Ratna.
