deeply profound man. are we talking about the English, haircuts, or stalkers here?

either way, great stuff.

well, if i were to mention the bloody colonial past, then it applies to the english. but here, i was talking about the hair cuts. Makes sense.. does nt it?
anyway, what on earth are u doing at this hour of the day

yeah i know. . not much point in going to bed at this stage though. best try to get my head straight for another fun day at work.
i do agree with u on the clothes part, but it is one of the things which we have to, independent of wether we like it or not. they say... food-clothing-and shelter, not food-haricuts and shelter.
and i do not really believe in hats/caps or shades either. just minimal... sjust clothes to cover my body and shoes to cover my feet.

clothes also make you look like something you're not. as do hats and wigs and things.

man the quote button's not your friend is it?

agreed on the haircuts, it's pretty damn frivilous (or however you spell that)
but if we cut clothes, hygene, housing, etc. back to the basics we'd be a far less attractive animal. not saying that'd be a bad thing, just that it should be considered. species-wide low self esteem may result
(how far off topic is this?)

well, it might be far enough from the original topic, but it is very sensible.

Ya, i would not not compomise on hygiene, unless u consider not shaving for a week or 2 unhygienic. and about the self eteen thing, i think its just a mental feeling. if wearing nice clothes or having styled hair would make u raise the levels of self esteem, i am sure tailors and barbers would be millionaires.

too right man, well put. these f%ckers produce magazines with emaciated drowned rat models showing you how you should look (generating low self esteem in the population) then sell beauty products and placebo bullshit that's not going to make a goddamn bit of difference in anyones eyes but your own (and it wouldn't even make a difference there if they hadn't generated a false sense of insecurity in the first place) liars and bastards the lot of them they should be strung up and shot

how would having some guy's name on my underwear affect my sex life?

But we'll just go on another Fight Club discussion.

Amazing how great this movie is. Remember the Tyler comment on the Calvin Klein ad? makes the entire fashion industry look pointless

yeah i been watching too many movies recently. i was chatting to Jai earlier and i figured i watch an average of 15 hours movies per day (i do fall asleep a lot during it though)

in the last week i have seen Fear and Loathing 6 times, A Hard Day's Night at least 8 times, Office Space 3 times, Dr. Strangelove twice, and loads of others just once.

I've been thinking about starting a thread called Thread Killers or something. It'll discuss the best way to kill threads forever. I'd rate that reply by yours very high.

We can call those kinda answers "Highly Personal". They're posts that cannot be replied to.

Sorry Mark.......just kinda struck me as that kinda post.

My series of Stadium Pics is another way to kill threads...although I hope it doesnt.

ya but what percentage of tailors and barbers would make it to there? and what percentage of consumers get there?

but again... the fashion industry is a bitch. i totally agree with u. i used to be a very very metrosexual guy before, falling in trap for the labels.

i would dearly love to lock that thread up in my celler for a few weeks, feeding it bread and water, taking it out every few hours to sodomise it brutally, eventually tie it to my bed and destroy it with an axe. hate that bastard thread
