personally i dont think much of Nanking...its over rated...i call Nanking food "Andhra-Chinese". what else wud u call spicy slightly greasy "chinese" food? IMO, its just Chinese Bandi stuff served in a restaurant setting.

And How abt the "Other" cuisines in Hyd? Sardargee a Good One for

Punjabi I heard.



The Only Decent Hotels I liked while I was there,was Wang's Kitchen & Harah's

Well,Yes......My Wallet is'nt as large as My Appetite....

That Said,I've also been to The Hub,Chutneys,Khana Khazana,Promenade,

Bengre Kamat,Ohri's,Rasavathi et al but Sadly,Did'nt Like Them (Mebbe Coz I

had'nt a say in the menu :wink: )

So, here goes, as a beginning:

Chinese || Chinese Pavillion ||Banjara Hills, Rd. No.1|| 250-350||Lots but mainly Pot Rice and Red chicken, rounded off with a chocolate mousse

Chinese || Mainland China ||Banjara Hills, Rd. No.1|| 350-500||Their lunch buffets, great value for money.

Far Eastern || Far East, Ohri's Banjara ||Banjara Hills|| 250-350||Chicken in Thai green curry





And I second Paradise and Angeethi. Also, for Sardargee, here goes:

Punjabi|| Sardargee||Yusufguda||150-200||Dal fry and kadai chicken, simply lip-smacking

(We usually order their home delivery)
