nice hotel, but....

was havin a very early breakfast/late dinner in a fancy hotel (won't mention which) the other day with a friend, when we heard loud bangs coming from the kitchen, like somebody breaking up a table with a sledgehammer.

My friend asked what the noises were, he was told by the waiter "Pest control".....

not exactly appetising, we were 3/4 of the way through our meal. i was laughing but my mate was a bit worried looking so the waiter decided to put our mind at ease by ellaborating. they were trying to scare cockroaches out from under the kitchen counter, so that they could kill them. not what you want to hear really is it?

the weirdest way ive killed cockroaches....coz i hate crushin em...eeek is

Usin a air freshner and burnin candle....to blow torch em.....its dangerous ....so dont try it.

u know... the one on the road from Khairtabad to B'hills road no 1? shit man,,, same thing happened to me as well, me and a friend of mine were having a late night meal, right when a roach crawled from under the dish... well..we ended up getting a free meal as our friend threatned to report it to the papers.

ya... that place sucks!

haha, i just did this the other day, pretty horrible. awful looking cockroach, we don't have them back home. is it cockroach season at the moment? i've seen a few about.

that was a funny experience!

my worst experience was at Shanbagh (Punjagutta) where i saw a cockroach leg sticking out of the aloo curry in my masala dosa...

i shouted at the red faced waiters and cashier who in turn went into the kitchen to scream at the cook :lol:

my entire gang of 5 got free tiffins there that day (no, not dosa)

btw, this was abt 6 years ago and i never went to that place again...

There were not one but Two Flies,that too Dead,in the Rasmalai that I'd ordered.....

Did'nt raisa Hue n Cry but Just pointed out to the manager.....

Got another Piping Hot n fresh one in lieu....
