WS and DW are good ideas,but if there is gonna be a Black Bond,its gonna be the guy in TND,DAD and TWINE,Charles Remigton,he acted as an secrectary to M in those 3 movies as Bond's ally.He is supposed to be the perfect bond and he does the Bond girl tests. :D

Yeah but SLJ is too old,hes pushing 60 in couple of years.

And everyone is American,I think they realized their mistake when they asked Burt Reynolds.They arnt gonna take American actors,not when the franchise is at the highest point. :D

Thats Colin Salmon,he plays Charles Robinson in TND,TWINE and DAD,hes Bonds best friend.

And 1 year ago,Brosnan told him that if there ever was a Black Bond,he would be the perfect guy to play Bond.Since then hes been Signing all his autographs w/ 007. :D He does those Bond Girls screen tests too.Hes in Resident Evil and AVP. :D
