TDP MLA killed in bomb attack

Telugu Desam legislator and former minister Paritala Ravindra was killed in a crude bomb attack in Anantapur town on Monday afternoon.



Though the police are yet to identify the assailants, Paritala Ravindra's supporters have alleged the hand of his Congress rivals behind his murder.



They alleged that a Congress leader, Suryanarayana Reddy, who is undergoing imprisonment in Hyderabad in connection with a Jubilee Hills bomb blast case, masterminded the killing.

Well I know just half of the story.That Suryanarayana Reddy,it seems was targeted by PR.Apparently if my memory is right,PR sent a TV w/ a bomb in it.

Something happened and in 1998 or 99 there was a huge bomb blast in J.Hills.Near that studio.PR and Mohan Babu(An actor) were in a huge procession,they were coming out of that studio(I think its Ramanaidu Studio).And at around 12:00(I know the time because I was in school and the lunch bell was about to ring) a huge bomb went off(Man my entire school building shook,I was sitting and the principal was walking on the corridor and he actually fell down).After that Suryanarayana Reddy got arrested and PR and Mohan Babu were injured.Many people died and apparently the police dumped everyone body peices in a van and took them away.My friends windows actually broke.And my cousin sister saw bodies flying everywhere.After that Suryanarayana Reddy waited for a chance to get back.Thats all I remember and this PR is a big guy in Anantapur.He always travels w/ body gaurds and stuff.
