Some Qty Rice (I took As Much As I Cud Eat)

Some Spices (That too whatever I Cud Find)

kuchto bhi khichdi banaliye ....ur lucky it turned out good..or ..u must be a good cook... :wink:

Finely grate the two Coconuts.Extract the Milk outta half the amount

by whipping in a Mixie with a Li'l Qty of water and straining it out.



Heat Oil in a saucepan,lightly fry the spices.Add the Chopped Onions

and saute. Add the Remaining Vegetables & water/Stock and Boil them for

some time. Now add the cocunut Milk and the Rice and cook with Lid on

until the Rice becomes tender. Add some more Garam masala Powder if you

Fancy....



Remember that the Qty of water must be Correct otherwise you may end

up with Porridge instead....

Well...I was alone at Home Today...Family was out attending some

Boring Function.......I decided to Skip....Bro' called up & twittered out

all teh delicacies being served there...that Got me Fired up.....Decided

to make a delicacy on my own & Lo.n Behold.....It Turned out really nice...
