Things are supposed to happen the way they happen. And the reason they happen the way the happen is because you try to make them happen in a certain way and may or may not be succesful.

i know campfire, but never heard of roasted potatoes. are you talking about sweet potatoes?

for me snakranthi means 'ariselu' but cant get them here :(

yeah...Sweet Potatoes or Kandamulalu as we say......

we don't have arisleu but have sojappalu..... :P

we call Sweet Potatoes as chilakada dumpalu, yummmmmmy.

dont know about sojappalu either. which place are you talking about?

well, I am a Telugu livingin Orissa and we usually have Sweetpotatoes

roasted inthe bonfire and Sojappalu whic i kinda sweet halwa wrapped in

some kinda batter and deepfried and garnished with kaju n raisins :P

err.....U c ...the Delivery rates are a bit on the higher side...

and also the time taken will be long.....so they might get spoilt...

BTW am serious abt u getting Ariselu in the US.....There are websites that

claim that they'll deliver authentic Andhra-Style Ariselu....

i know YCR, i tried once few months ago, the taste is ok but i thought they are really expensive. 8.99/lb + shipping. it costed my about 15$ for 6 pieces. Thanks anyway. :)
