First of all you've gotta get a letter of support from the Existing Captain.Then you've to get the approval of the chief of selectors and the Board President.then ur request will haveto be submitted to the FHCC and

the FHCPA....then the match referrees and Umpires will have to be notified

and subject to the opposite Captain's approval...u can become the captain...Simple ain't it???
