Can someone give me details of PG accomodation/Working women hostels on MG Road, Bangalore/close to MG Road ?



Of course, there may be Blore based portals (which I confess I've not tried visiting) but the idea is to get some info from Hyderabadis who've lived in Blore. Any links on Blore portals will be appreciated too.

Moving?



There's a PG kind of a place on Cunningham Road that's close to MG Road. It may not be walking distance, but its close enough. Its right behind Le Meridien.



You'll also find tons of places in Cox Town, Frazer Town, Wilson Town etc.

You can also check out a lot of places in Richmond Town, Residency road and Shivajinagar. All these places are within minimum auto fare distance from MG Road.

Except for pubs, which are not really my kind of places, Bangalore isn't all that cool. Especially the Cantonment area. I stayed at Richmond town for a year and the place sucked. Shutters (except for pubs and bars) go down by 9 pm. Public transport is just an excuse for the term. The water is saline. The cost of living is astronomical.



IMO, its the most hyped place in the country but has nothing much to show for all the hype.
