To my best of knowledge I dont think there is something called diet control when u work out. All that is needed is timely intake of food. I really think motivation wat u need. Eat to the fullest in the day time and eatless during the the nites when there aint no activity to the body. Follow if am true and correct if am false

You dont have to count calories when youre doing Atkins. Start a low-carb regimen and you'll notice rapid weight loss and more energy.
Its the best
Yeah, so thats my resolution: Staying on a high protein and low-carb diet routine.
Whenever you can't sleep
May you be treated to a song
And heaven cracks
A song falls softly from the light of heaven.

Lexi zyada protein bhi achi nahi... wats recomended is 1gm of protein per lb of body wt. Excess protein is borken down into amino acids and carbs again and regarding calories .. the intake shud be bout 20 times ur body wt.
