Well this was one question( or one set of them) I always wanted to ask people.

no i always want MORE.....everytime my income increases, my expenses also increase...so there is no question of satisfaction.
anyway its rare to find someone who is satisfied...

since i am not happy lemme say that i deserve every penny i earn plus some more too....after all my company bills the client for every hour i work and is earning a huge amt from my efforts and my share of that amt must be just abt 15-20%...

I should admit, I get paid more than what I do Well not too much................

The thing is, I get luch provided from the company, starbucks whenever I want and I surf the net or do my homework in between talking to clients or typing a deposition And I also get paid well, so food, bev and entertainment free, aur paise bhi milte. Achha job hai mera.



But I pay a lot of bills too.

I WISH the word 'entertainment' covered a lot but what I but was the TV in our office, the gameroom (which btw is not interesting to me) and the huge selection of magazines. Now look what you did Andy!! accha khaasa mystery ka poll kholdiye, 'Entertainment' per hi chodhdena tha, now it all seems booooorrrrring.

Not really. I know that there are other organisations offering much more for similar jobs. But at the same time, I'm not obsessed about more money. I know that the money I really want is somewhere else....and I'm content waiting.

I would never try balancing my earnings with the amount of work I put in. So baniya like...not my kind of thoughts. I agreed to my salary when I joined the organisation and so did my employers. If either of us has any issues, it should have been addressed when the salary was negotiated or it can wait till the next appraisal. If me/my employers are still unhappy after the next appraisal, its well within my prerogative to scout for a better opportunity, which I'm sure is available right around the corner.
