Football season!

I'm hoping some of the newer lurkers or members might have something to say about this.



Just post anything football related here and we can get the ball rolling from there on.

the EPL is thanda right now coz of the ashes mania in england...2nd half of september ke baad hi kuch interest badhega usme :)

EPL may be thanda but Chelsea are on fire.
i caught up their progress on http://www.chelseafc.com and they have won all their matches this season,having only one draw against Milan in a friendly.
their most recent win came over tottenham hotspur.
It is now 31 League games without defeat for Chelsea against Tottenham. As a central defensive partnership, Gallas and Terry have still not conceded a League goal under Mourinho’s management.


In the transfer market,rumours are rife that Michael Owen is gonna come back to an english club.
Michael Owen has arrived in England to hold talks with Liverpool and Newcastle.Graeme Souness is desperate for striking reinforcements after watching his side fail to score so far this season, and The Magpies have already had a bid of around £16 million accepted by the Spanish giants


In other Premiership news:
Manchester United maintained their 100 percent start to the season with a 2-0 win over Newcastle at St James' Park.

Second half goals from Wayne Rooney and Ruud van Nistelrooy were enough to give United the points and inflict another defeat on Newcastle
