erm..so that they'd try and remember the previous birth.Guess it wud be useful in some cases....imagine if you'd recall that you had a trunk of diamonds in your previous birth and then you manage to find it bcoz you remember where you'd buried it or something.....pretty filmi naa...

did u ever observe that most of the ppl who claim of memories from their past live have had a gory death.

so they picked some random people and told them to fantacize abt a bloody death and found that most of these actually happened. It is just that the stories ppl tell are so common, one can always find a person like that from the past.
