hi this is sunny... i work for ICICI- One source..... i want all the cal center freaks to post their opinions rgarding call centers. people often think that it's damn easy to get into this industry and think that the work we do is of no proper importance... i want all the call center junkies to support me in telling the world that it isnot an easy job and that it is a great experience working in this industry..... ciao

i have a few friends in call centre, i agree its not easy, especially if you have to deal with dumb americans who are making the first international call of their lives and talking like they have a mouthful of shite. the callcentre guys i know are very professional and well spoken.
