wow! thanX for starting this thread Sharjeel.....i thot this DB was infested with metalheads....:D

most of my fave songs have already been mentioned. how come no one mentioned Hammer (formerly MC Hammer) here? he is one of the earliest rappers and usually performed clean (non-gangsta, feel-good messages etc) rap. this East coast v/s West coast politics has finished his career :(
wtf? i no longer care if my posts hurt yr feelings

He was very good. Heard he was a priest or something before (after?) he started singing. e is really into religion and stuff. Maybe he was too 'clean' for his genre. I really liked huis musinc and dancing (<-- Was a cooooool dancer, esp in cant touch this)

Speaking of Baba Sehgal, I am absolutely shocked that you did not mention Peechha karo. Cool video too . And what aout Style Bhai?

Things are supposed to happen the way they happen. And the reason they happen the way the happen is because you try to make them happen in a certain way and may or may not be succesful.

 cool, isnt it?

Schism is actually a divide between 2 schools of thought. the song basically is about asking the ppl to come closer n strengthen our communication, specifically the divide b/w Roman Catholics/Protestants. the video is an artistic view of it, its the bassie of the band who directs them. the creatures or whatever u see is the divided parts who become one at the end.
