Baghban is a must see movie for everyone!

I\'m 23 male from Chicago, been living here in the U.S. since I was 2 years old, and I just saw Baghban last week after Ramzan ended and I think this is a movie everyone must see, especially teenagers.Yeah some parts of the movie were over emotional, but the speech that Amitabh gave at the end was simply moving. This was a great family movie that\'s clean and wholesome, not like all the typical Hindi movies that are comming out that try desperately hard to be like American movies, with tons of girls and about dating and partying..this movie is a reality check for all desi people, here and over in India.

except for the last minute\'s AB dialogues, its a typical desi soap opera cut short to 2.1/2 hrs !! i could guess many dialogues and songs sequences and that when i dont exactly watch many movies !! the one over the phone, i said \"now he will sing\" he didnt, i waited and said \"paada ra babu\" and he started !!

yeah i agree it is more like a soap opera, but it\'s a very touching movie with a lot of lessons for both old and young..i guess not too many people have liked this movie maybe because they know it\'s true or maybe they\'ve done something like this and feel guilty as hell about it.

A lot many have not enjoyed Baghban coz its just a 3 hour soap opera, but with better actors. theres enuf rona-dhona on TV, so theres no point spending good money watching it in a plush cinema.
still its drawing crowds, esp the middles-aged and the oldies.
the only impressive things i saw in it are Amithab and Hema.
wtf? i no longer care if my posts hurt yr feelings
Love me or hate me, u cant ignore me :D
