The top five must haves

1. A R Rahman\'s Masoom - a single added later to Vandemataram\'s US Special edition. This song was performed by Rahman on the eve of 50 years of Indian independence. An absolute must - brilliant number, particularly in full blast
2. A R Rahman - Vandemataram - This redefined version did run into controversy, but later it was all forgotten. A great score for all of us with mixed beliefs.
3. Ae mere watan ke logon (not log on!) - Lata Mangeshkar - If properly sung this brings out the true Indian in you (if there is anything left out).
4. Hum logon ko samaj sako tho - Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani - Original soundtrack - Now, this is absolute kickass in terms of the lyrics, a brilliant song depicting the typical Indian.
5.
