Anybody interested in a Linux Users Group(LUG)?

Okay. Though I was very enthusiastic about the response given to my topic, I was crestfallen to see no new messages on my board. Okay, whatever. Just to those who have a passing interest in Linux: Is anybody interested in setting up a LUG? I can say one thing, I am. You can mail me about this at vamixus@yahoo.com. No spam please!

I guess there are many Linux enthusiasts out here and newbies who are interested but may have never tried out working on Linux. Any takers for the LUG?

If there is a group being formed which consists of like-minded technocrats, pl count me in. I\'ll admit, i\'m a newbie of sorts, but i\'m sure i can pick up fast. So... when\'s this group gonna start??

Hi Vivek, I was going to mail you regarding this Technical Discussion Forum that I created the other day. We could have a separate group for the LUG in there and make it a LUG by itself. Anyway the link to it is http://www.network54.com/Hide/Forum/213847
It is very new and has no postings in it yet. And hey admins, yeah, I\'ll refer fullhyd.com in it because I created that LUG while posting at the fullhyd.com site

Well, that\'s a very encouraging reaction from the readers. Thank you guys, for caring about technology. You won\'t regret it. I suggest a meeting somewhere. Can anybody think of a nice place to meet, like a restaurant or something, so that it will be convenient for everyone?
