What makes us to believe God? Is it our incapability?

who is god?i may sound absurd but can anyone explain me the word god?when we are in school days we were made to read history which did not explained the evolution of god and science which explains the evolution of the living creaters and at the same time we are induced about our religion and the god through other means in parallel with the logical subjects.where is the origin of the god?if god is present is he limited for the particular boundry?is god classified acording to the region,religion and caste?if one believes that god is one but in different forms how can it be?i think its our early writers who imagined what ever they could and left in the books which we are following or believing them blindly.that time they could not imagine more then their confined boundry,otherwise they would have used the countries names and create some heros and some villains.during that time the whole world was not explored.so they were forced to restrict their imaginations and could imagine and create the stories within the resources of their imagination.and going by those books which were written to believe a certain religion or god our people started making movies and still induced the present generation.and so what i feel is their is no religion or god.we have to believe in ourselves.we can classify between the species present on the earth,but now wihtin the species.does other species have religion or anything.its nothing but we are going on the wrong lines by believing which don\'t have logic.if other species would have had the imagnation power or the creative mind even they would claim some names to be their gods.hahaahahahha.

It is very good venkat that you are thinking about all this , you are a step ahead from those people who blindly beleive what they are taught ,and one step behind reaching truth.As far as I have seen, the theory of evolution is primarily responsible for developing aethistic tendencies and if you scrutinize this theory you will conclude that it is nothing but a pure myth.Perhaps more mythical than greek myhtology and falls flat on its face once scientifically analyzed. <br>
If I say that a I left a Garage full of iron scrap and returned after 1000000 million years and saw that the scrap had turned itself into a simple Jet Plane, people laugh and call me an idiot, yet accept that complex life forms developed by themselves.<br>

what is god? a tough question for any one to awnser..there are two types of people in this world..1.people who believe in god i mean they belive in god blindly just dont think of aage peeche just ...they believ in what is said to them..
2.people who tend to belive in god but always have this lingering doubts in mind..like mr.venkat has actually is it real...well is there any power stuff like this...why should we believe ..they present scientific theories to justify their thinking...
well so now this debate over what is god?who is god?well never end it\'s like \"anda pehla aaya ya murga\" no one can give u a perfect awnser for such questions bcos no one has the awnsers.....

Mr .Venkat. It is good that u r one of the few people who really think. Yes there is GOD. ONEand ONLY ONE GOD\" . I know one would be confused since there are so many people worshipping different GOD. BUT let me make one thing clear . All cannot be true or right. THERE has to be only one GOD. Now its upto u to find which one.
As per ur study u rightly said that in olden days some writes might have written something ,, but any writer or thinker in the world cannot write anything which is happening today or which is being discovered today. It could be only the CREATOR who would know what will happen down the line. THIS HAS BEEN CLEARLY EXPLAINED IN THE QURAN in which there are no alteration. QURAN IS NOT A BOOK . IT IS A REVELATION from GOD. Try to read it , you will find not one two but uncountable proofs of existence of GOD. Also refer to sites like IRF.NET or http://www.Sultan.org.
