yea Johnny already saw the movie... 8) How can he miss a SRK film, he always watches them on Day 0.. and he is proud of it, Ignoring comments of closed minded creatures like CAD, Azazel, Jasz et al...

ANd yea Johnny doesnt need tissue papers.. cuz MHN is not about glycerine and its pretty good timepass even for SRK blind-haters

Johnny also pats the back of Sensible ppl like VM  and tells them to neglect other Pot brained cretaures who dont like SRK, for dat matter anything other than the Phoooren Phlicks.. Soooo wannabees :D

Johnny also nods to acknowledge some inferior species squeaking SRK overacts, he hams, he does wateva.. But he also is unique, a charismatic star, a talented individual, a hardworker, a selfmade man.. Phew... so many others too..

:P Now johnny thinks no need to defend his personal like for the sake of a few intolerable creeps

Ps: Johnny wud be mailing KBV2 soon. He is so wary of his lazy bum , and resolves to change asap. :)

Jasz pays no attention to Johnny's entire post except the part where he mentions sending Kill Bill v2.

Jasz sympathises with Johnny's lazy bum.

the moment of truth...!

Johnny wrote:But he also is unique, a charismatic star, a talented individual, a hardworker, a selfmade man.. Phew... so many others too..
...maybe, but the peeve is against his minimal acting talent and his lousy choice of films. Its not against SRK the star or SRK the achiever or whatever...

Dear azazel......after reading that your epectations from MHN are quite optimistic, I can say only one thing........I'm Dissapointed.
Dissapointed because I thought I knew a dude who had good taste in Cinema and it turned out to be a lie.
But more than that, I learnt that you are hypocrite. The other day you were making fun of PSD because he wanted to watch MHN and today you come on the boards and say that you expect MHN to be a "good time".
So i shall assume that everything that you say you hate are actually things that you have a "good time" with.
And next time when you make fun of Britney Spears, Remixes and Jerry Bruckheimer........I'll know better than to believe that you have spoken from your heart.

n that would've hurt !

but, i would've replied in defense:

i dun give a sh*t as to how/what MHN is.. i just asked everyone here to boycott it + even tho there is the over-actor in there..the only optimism i had was NOT a KJ-type tear-jerker n that too just coz C A D, my poor bhanja, was gonna go watch it ! makin fun of PSD  marvaayega kya? just said,, thats one guy who'll watch nethn, even for the sake of bitchin abt it l8r :!:

Saw MHN and Murder

Johnny wrote:..cuz MHN is not about glycerine and its pretty good timepass even for SRK blind-haters

Definetely not about glycerine...but then wat the hell was it all about??? My!!My!! How could somebody make such a lousy movie. From wat I had heard I was expecting my ribs to get tickled at least at some point in the movie but alas it was only my friedz comemnts that had the required effect!!! A real disappointment for SRK fans...sorry Johnny but seriously that's how I feel...unable to defend the movie in any way.

I dono wat junta thinks about the movie but my rating of it is very very low.Wat I would list out as -ve points are...lack of a proper story line, uncalled for effects like that of Matrix, let down on expectations as a Farha Kahn movie and not one good dance number, the otherwise very well dressed SRK wears weird (to put it midly) cloths (except maybbe for that greyish black pullover :) ), Sushmita Sen ka to kaam poori movie mein bas lehraana tha. On the whole a dissapointing movie...aur woh bhi black mein dekhi meine  !!!

This weekend also watched Murder. I kinda liked the movie.. an interesting storyline, very good songs and quite a decent show by the cast too. Have you guys heard the song "Bheege Honth.." from this movie?I think it is an amzing song. Very well sung and perhaps one of the boldest lyrics in hindi cinema. Th flip side of the movie (I know many would disagree) is that it seems like a low budget film..considering the fact Mallika Sharawat dosn't get to wear much of clothing throughout the movie..poor thing :D

So, my verdict on the movies...MHN- pathetic and Murder- definetely watchable.

y did Farah Khan make this movie :!:  :?:

i felt like i was sitting at Opera in central Paris and watching a desi movie which has just been taken out of a mixer-grinder

my verdict: highly artificial

Dil Chahtha Hain with a bit of Saif's comedy and his songs was a fantastic movie.

FK tried to do it with a bit more of the same stuff and failed miserably

Well, i dunno what made me to enjoy dat movie.. it was a senseless timepass. No logic in anythin dat was done.. SRK and suniel shetty move in diff. time frames when they fight

Anyways, i think i shud restate my statement, it was a badly made movie.* moment of truth*

you liked murder? well the liking the story line is fine....but accepting mllika sherwat as an actress is out of question. she defends her 'acting' and dressing in movies by comparing her to actresses like Zeenat aman etc., do din nahi hue aake aur aap ko pata nahin kya samajhte.

i think that comparision is apt! both of them cant act for anything, but are jaw-droppingly sexy on screen!
akhilis2cool wrote:MHN Pathetic.......murder....dooor raho
i wont agree to the verdict on Murder. Its ok...not so g8 but not so bad either. i think it can be watched once with yr girlfriend/wife and once hooting n screaming with the boys!

have u seen Hawas that had similar storyline? now that was a B A D movie.

if the story line is good its fine with me....

I guess Hawas inspite of having the same story bombed because the direction and screenplay and things like that.......but dont u think it will ecourage infidelity???? not all marriages are on the brink as the one in the movie....I guess these type of movies will encourage normal couples to go in that direction.......its there life and choice....but its not good for the family is it....heheeee

i tend to get a bot serious and boring at times.....

:? i am sure u watch porn. have u ever had an orgy? or sex with animals? or any of those "exciting" things they portray? i am sure not....(i cud be wrong here! )

coming to yr question, i am sure it wont, same as watching a Bond movie doesn't make u repeat the stunts. these movies just feed the fantasies of common men, thats it. like most men fantasize abt a married neighbor or colleague, but do nothing abt it in reality!

if some persons get encouraged by movies, i am sure they r in a minority.

anyway infidelity does not need movies, its been going on since ages!

    Zehnaseeb!!

Johnny, it happens to me as well. At times, however lousy the movie is I sit thru it comfortably ...especially all SRK movies but somehow cldn't take it this time. Like a true movie buff I NEVER walk out of the theatre (except once..eh, well, had to ) however bad the movie is and however the ppl with me curse me for not leaving  . So, here’s saying cheers to that spirit :)

Akhil, I thought Mallika gave an ok performance considering the fact that she is only 2 movies old. Oh c’on!! At least she is better than the likes of Kareena and sibling and a couple of other beauties in the industry. Another thing is about your warning ab’t the movie…well movie dekhne to jaana hi tha..no matter wat anybody says …Kyun Johnny that much for our love for SRK!

Mayavi, nice to know that you liked the song too. What ab’t the rest? If you havn’t heard it yet…please ek baar suno na and let me know if you like it ok? For those who agree with me that it is a good song …please listen to ‘Laagi tumse dil ki lagan’ from Paap another good number. You can find these songs here http://www.raaga.com/channels/hindi/top10.asp
