hey pple... here is my review.....

As for any Shankar's movie, this movie had a grt expectation. And he is really a fasinating film maker, my personal favorite after RGV... and the cast has VIKRAM.... one of the hottest star down here and sada for her jayam is remembered here... comedian vivek... and Prakash Raj...

now coming to the storyline... Vikram is from a Iyengar family. he is a lawyer who wants all the pple to be perfect like following the law.... he gets upset wiith evrybody who violates any rule.... sada is his love... his name is Ramanujam and everybody calls him "rules" ramanujam... so u can sort out the other things...he actually loses his sis in childhood coz of some lazy govt. employees. now actually u dont understand anything in the first half... some body kills evrybody whom this innocent guy wants to punish by law....

the second half reveals dat this guy has a mental disease called "multiple personality disorder" (i have seen this concept in some other film though i donn remember which film)..... he has three personalities in him one is himself, second one is REMO... who is one he developed to impress sada...(coz she rejects his proposal..) and the third is anniyan/Aparichithudu... for me this films is 30% yuvasena (a remake of a malayalam film "4 the people") + 70% bharathiyudu... though the characters differ... dats anniyan/Aparichithudu.... and vikram's performance can get 10 on 10 sada though minus infinity... shankar's directin 9 on 10....

Overall rating(mine): 7.5

I think u might've seen Edward Norton in "Primal Fear". There's also this hindi remake of this novel/movie (dunno its name,but Ajay Devgan was the guy with the problem)

The Movie was Deewangee.Starring Akshaye Khanna in a Wig,Urmila Matondkar in Churidars And Ajay Devgan Pretending to Have a MPD.

In is,Ajay Devgan was Just Pretending to have an MPD Just to let Himself off the Lambe Haath of Kanoon

Yes..I forgot to add "pretend about MPD" when i talked abt Ed Norton.

Neways back to the topic,I think going by the film's story,its way too overbudgeted coz the story seems like any other normal film.Shankar does it again.Guess he has this fascination to flatter the public by over-budgeting his films. :roll:

Err....In The First Place,I Did'nt get any Idea of the Story of the Movie from The Review.Too Bad FH also has'nt Managed its Review yet.So Can't Say about the Story.

As far as the MPD Thing Goes,Putting it With the Posters I've Been Seeing,It seems another Virtuoso Performance By Vikram is in the Offing.After Pithamagan,He Sure is Flying High.I Liked Sada in Jayam But almost all her Subsequent Releases Were Duds-to-Average-to-Okay Sorta Movies.And She Does'nt Fit the Glam-Babe Part IMO.

@Enriquee,I Think U did'nt read My Opinion in Your Mr & Mrs Smith's review Thread.Do Read that Coz Here Too I have to Say the Sam things.But I Must say that This Review was Definitely Better than the Smith One.Keep Improving Lad and Pretty Soon You Can Fill Jaszboi's Shoes at FH :wink:
