Gregory Peck - His role of a father in "To Kill a Mocking Bird" is examplary. He was so cool in that. Plus he is a damn good looking guy.
Yul Brynner:I thought his role in The Ten Commentments was better than his role in The Magnificient Seven.Anyone here seen King and I,I thought of seeing it but then I heard that its a musical and then I was not interested, anyone seen this movie.

Gregory Peck:He was also cool in Guns of Navarone and Mackenna's Gold.

You forgot Steve McQueen:This guy was simply awesome in The Great Escape,The Towering Inferno and The Thomas Crown Affair. :D

all actors are part of the entertainment industry. they mostly get paid massive amounts of money for their talent. i think i know what you mean though, that he picks his roles with more thought for the money he's going to be paid than out of love for acting, and making good films. that applies to the vast majority of hollywood actors though.

that applies to the entertainment industry itself. more interested in making a buck as most of the blockbusters without any brains would tell ya.

amongst the oldies, well, havent seen too many older hollywood movies so cant really say ive got any favourites. Gregory Peck was good in The Omen too.

I am a sucker for Western Movies... I have seen almost all westerns.

Gregory Peck:He was also cool in Guns of Navarone and Mackenna's Gold.
Yeah... that guy was a damn good actor. Somehow they dont make actors like those anymore. This guy had class.

One of my favourites too. Absolutely amazing performance in Primal Fear. Devgan wasn't even 0.001% of the role in Deewangee (was a take on Primal Fear). Even his role in 25th Hour was very good.
Things are supposed to happen the way they happen. And the reason they happen the way the happen is because you try to make them happen in a certain way and may or may not be succesful.
