BUDGET 2004 : sucks

Did Anyone follow the Budget announced today .... The most highly anticipated budget of recent times turned out to be real Dud !!...

wat r the highlights?
for starters .. no change in the tax slabs which every one was kinda hoping will change.

then there is an additional surcharge of 2% on all ... meaning lesser Salary in hand. Further each trade on Stock Market will now be taxed so there goes the little trading we can afford to indulge in. :( ... And additional service tax of 10% on Credit Card usage .. i am gonna ask my Company to give a Budget Compensatory Allowance :twisted:
