When I double click to open any folder in my PC, the folder does not open.

The same case with My Computer and Internet Explorer. there is no response at all.



If i check in the task mgr, I find Explorer exe running by default.



whats the problem?



Is it a virus? If yes how to remove it.

when u press ctrl alt del, do u find a name which aint supposed to be there? if yes the cipy paste it in google to confirm whether it is a virus or not. if it is a virus then an anti virus will be avlbl.



u can down load stinger.exe (if it is still avlbl) from McAfee. it may or may not work



but the best solution, as CAD said, format and re install it.
