Its like \'bagal mein bachha, gaon mein dindorra!\'
You have such wonderful music back in India itself.. the soft, classical tones generally help.. hindustani/carnatic..
vocal/Instrumental (any) is several of the best for leaving you with soothing effects.. more so with the stress that we need to deal with.
Try our music too. Its cool, y\'kno !

whoa ! somebody does need it ! ok.. here are some sites that i can recommend you to go n\' try out first..
www.yogamusicvideo.com
www.prettyaccents.com/music.html
www.kevinselby.com
www.sound-remedies.com/healswaysoot.html

then, as i said, any instrumental music is the best.

go to one of our music shops and ask for it.. they will help you out.

\'call of the valley\' by hariprasad chourasya(specifically), kenny g, along with yoga, martail arts, sharing whatever i feel with family and friends, the belief in myself and a positive attitude helped me immensely, to collect myself after a lay-off.
presently, i have got myself a better job and am very contended with it !
The place where I go for my martial arts training belives and trains a student to attain the following:

I will strive to merge my body and mind as one
So that I may discover the truth about my strengths and weaknesses
And work to attain purity of body, mind and spirit
I will learn to love myself
And maintain loyalty to my goals and purpose
I will learn to sacrifice in order to achieve these goals
And seek patience in my ways
So that I may ultimately become the master of my life!

then:

Conquer your own weaknesses and fears rather than others

Learn from your mistakes

We have the ability to do, the capacity to act, and the capability to perform and produce

Have a purpose and determination

Have a positive mental attitude

Good Luck !!
