Need some suggestions from you about buying a car in Hyderabad,what do you think is the best way to buy a car in Hyderabad,I mean a used car for around 2-2.5 lakhs I think a Zen or Santro will fit in that price,but how can I go about buying it, is it good to buy from a Auto consultant or private parties or do the delaers sell used cars too.Let me know your suggestions in this regard.



I am not in Hyd my parents are looking for one so I want to give them some tips about buying a car in hyderabad.

regarding used cars, Maruthi has a reliable network called Maruti TrueValue to sell used maruthi cars less than 4 yrs old. The cars sold here are slightly more expensive compared to other used car dealers, but quality is assured. they used Maruthi cars they sell are checked thoroughly and in in good condition.



since the car is mainly for your parents, i suggest you go for a used Wagon R LXi from TrueValue. Its within your budget and is very comfortable to use for elders. Its also a trouble free car with a gr8 engine. Zen is also a good car, but can be very uncomfortable for elders to get in and out, and the back seat is cramped.

IMO, compnay owned used car showroom are more reliable than other used car dealers...



if interested in TrueValue, one is located in Himayatnager and another at Varun Motors, Begumpet (opp HPS).
