I believe NRIs are being thugged of their hard earned foreign exchange money in the name of good clear title lands being auctioned by authorities such as HUDA in AP.

Ask anybody who has bought land in Hyderabad, their opinion in price appreciation.
THe fact is that Hyderabad is a rapidly evolving and dynamic city teeming with opportunities.
Land prices are an index of the vitality of a place. And so the prices are what they are. No one will loot anyone else. Just claim what they are entitled to.
