Seasons greetings and happy festivities.

What this also does is highlight our appaling systems dudes. Half the weeks the banks were closed. A full nation coming to a full stop so frequently ?

A labor laws need a major revamp,

1. Banks should close only for national holidays (Independance and Republic days).

2. Should never close for any relegious occasion.

3. How our leave system should work for individuals

- Annual leave (stipulated as per state laws).

- Sick leave

- Breavement leave

- Maternity / paternity leave

- 5 days optional leave, the preferred days should be given to the manager at the start of the year.

- Managers should roster their staff accordingly.

Now employees have the option of taking these 5 days off on the religious festival of their choice.

This would help in creating employment better managed resources and what not.....

Seasons greetings again

they are addicted to it i guess. what the govt. can do is slowly weed out the older people from the system and the new gen. can be coaxed into working by offering incentives... as for the unions, well I guess they can b convinced...by hook or by crook.

Naidu tried to motivate them by scaring the shit outta them thru his surprise visits and weekly/monthly reports...but he out now...so a new approach needs to experimented with. but I seriously doubt the cong. to do that...
