As a Specialist Customer Care Specialist, you\'d be expected to
* Welcome all the visitors with a smile.
* Respond to all inbound calls from clients and prospects via telephone, e-mail and web based tools.
* Enter all the client\'s data using a web based UI.
* Have Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal, and computer skills(date entry/check eMails/Browse
).* You\'d be handling a lot of telephonic enquiries. So, you should be able to handle them with a breeze.
* Show a long term commitment and be able to work full time.
