to quit smoking is to think about how beautiful life can be ahead of u...accdg to the Ads, smokers never grow old coz they die young...it's just a matter of self discipline if u really love ur life, the effects of smoking to a person's body can be seen after a long run and yes it's just a habit for some ppl and they feel good when they smoke but just think of the harm it can do to ur body and smoking can cause disease and is a slow way to die, the strain put on ur body by smoking often causes years of suffering :roll: ...as much as possible i didnt want to read this article from a newspaper coz i too smoke sometimes :oops: sometimes only
