pal of many..Venkat passed away in an accident arnd 1 am.. 't was mentioned in today's papers i guess..

yeah venkat passed away. sad...very sad.

so, he was in the drunken driving accident mentioned in the papers....very sad...but it cud've been avoided if whoever was driving wasn't drunk.......when will the guys learn....??? until such a mishap happens to a relative or friend, there wud always be ppl who wud continue driving drunk and think its cool....

The driver of the car was Venkat. The others in the car were also drunk and escaped with minor injuries. From what Az told me, Venkat's granpa had the other guys arrested. That's sadder.

silly and ridiculous, but that's how many parents think and advice their children not to indulge in any such excesses. personally, my mom (and many other moms) is (are) dead-against such partying-culture, because they feel "children get spoilt easily". How justified are they then?

its not their fault. many a*s*h*l*s and their behaviour provides enuf justification for how parents feel. regulations wont make anyone stop. the people who get drunk n high at such occassions have to stop it themselves. having a good time does not require one to get high n drunk.

lets hope this guys tragic death put some scare into his friends n aquaintances and those misfits wont repeat this in future.

Peoples inebriation allows them to make false judgements......and they end up driving only to end up in a hunk of crashed metal, seriously injured or even killed.

When you go out partying, everyone should decide on a designated driver.



Sitting here now I think to myself that if I were drinking I'd never drive. But Ive done it before. But I wasnt falling-down drunk or anything. I just has a couple of wine coolers with some friends. Then 3 weeks ago I went to a club alone to meet some friends up there. I didnt intend on drinking, but I ended up downing 2 vodka-tonics.



I drank, but I wasnt drunk.



Anyway, now Ive given up alcohol cold turkey. No more liquor for me.
