Hey peeps...my pics would be on tomorrow...or latest by day after. Will also post some pics of a wonderful trip I had to nagarjunsagar the next day.



The meet was a great success as everyone before me has mentioned. But I felt bad for HH sir who was sitting in the corner, away from the hustle bustle. I apologise if you felt left out.



Now, the next meet. How about a meet somewhere close to new year's. Let's celebrate together.

I will be spending my new year at 10D.The party they hosted last year was really really good. But the only problem with all these parties is that they only allow couples.How the hell I am I supposed to get a girl in 9 days?

what a feckin pain in the arse! the bastards that organise things in this world sure have a messed up sense of humour, 365 days in the year and they put exams 2 days after the biggest party on the planet. they should be lines up and shot (ps for LW, i don't condone capital punishment, please see the "does he deserve mercy" thread. i was joking. i don't believe anyone should be lined up and shot, least of all for organising exams at an inconvenient time)

...getting a girl ON New Year Night is not a problem at all....around 7:30-8pm to good pubs and u can see groups of single girls. its just the matter of gathering the courage to ask one of them to accompany u inside. i have done it twice and it usually works!

1) dress well and use good deos/perfumes

2) after picking a girl from the crowd, clear yr throat before u approach her. usually guys lose their voice in the tension and nothings worse than an embarrassed guy coffing n clearing throat after appraching a girl.

3) first preference is to choose a girl from an all-girl group or groups with a more girls than boys.

4) choose girls who appear talkative n lively. its more likely that they are not the shy types.

5) in a clear voice (and a smile) introduce yourself and directly ask her if she'll agree to accompany u into the pub coz of the couple-only entry rule. it works better if u say that once inside, she is free to go her way with her group and u'll be with yr group.

6) if she agrees, u offer to pay entry fee for both, unless she really insists on paying for herself.

7) once inside, ask her if she'll have a drink or a dance with u. if she says 'no thanQ' let her go without hassles. later in the course of the party u can always give her a big "hi...enjoying yourself?" and then ask her for a dance, if she hasnt found any partner yet.

behave decently, u might create a good impression for a possible longer relationship.

9) if she refuses to accompany u inside, smile, say sorry and move on to another girl in another group. dont take a "no" to heart and get depressed or angry.

10) if u couldn't find a partner, go to another pub and try again. if all fails, go to any party where single men are allowed. get drunk and be in yr uncouth best!
