Looking for team members 4 new computer/accounting institute

hi friends! thanx for visiting this post. my name is rakesh, a chartered accountant by profession. i m planning to start an institute for imparting practical and theoritical finance & accounting knowledge to those who are interested in pursuing a career in this line but for whom the big ticket degrees like CA, CWA, CFA, CS etc. are a bit too much to think of either in terms of time, patience and effort required or costs involved or the uncertainity involved or for whateverelse. they have good old b.com/m.com u might say - yes, but we are all aware of the abysmal standard of those degrees. unless somebody tops those degrees with an experience of 3-5 years they have very little chance of getting into some good employment. that means they have to slog all these years just for the sake of experience, so that they can be counted at par with a little higher qualified person say a c.a (inter) or c.w.a(inter). i feel its not worth the time. and thats where we come in. we teach them in one year what they might not otherwise learn even in 3 years. and i m not talking about just theory here, we expose them to practical account as well. we conduct an exam at the end of the term and then help them in placement. anyway this is only to give you just the general direction of my thinking. there are a lot more details to be planned. if you feel somewhat interested in the idea, i will be grateful to hear from you. if you are a little apprehensive about it or feel the plan is seriously flawed or you can suggest improvements to it i will be even more thankful to hear from you. i m looking forward to your feedbacks at entrepreneur_spirit@yahoo.com . you can also call me at 098491 01026.
