for purely indian verison of chinese food (paneer-chilli powder-tadka-raw onions-on-noodles kind), u can try Metropolis Dhabha on Rd#1!
Bhel Puri....only place i can think now of is "Chowpatty" at Ohri's on Rd#12.

they are all quite expensive but not too much...they are all classy places. i think the most expensive of my list is Cinnabar Redd.
