Ok, so tell me Sherry, how attractive would it be for a girl who did the same? Pick her nose in public, scratch herself anywhere there might be an inch, sport unruly eyebrows and unwanted facial hair. Cough and sneeze without covering her mouth, burp out loud,.....?

So if a man wants a prim and proper lady who is well-mannered, neat and clean------why shouldnt the lady expect or pursue the same?

Softness, gentleness, neatness, kindness... all these are qualities more suited to ladies. Ladies look good if they are prim and propah. Would you fall for a man who is fair and smelled of talcum powder and does not go out in the sun?



Okay, maybe scratching and picking hair is a bit exteme (more suited to extreme people like me), but men be able to carry off stubbles and stuff. What is wrong with a stubble and worn-out comfy clothes?



Just had to throw out an extremely smelly and worn-out carpet. Would a 'neat and clean' guy come within a foot of that carpet? I thnk not.

Guess a bit of a stubble wudn't be all that bad but, I can't stand a man( or for that matter even a woman) who has got dirty finger nails.They are such a put off.

Sharjeel wake up at smell the lillies. How can you say that? you expect a girl to look at a slob? a smelly, hairy gross male? That screams HOBO! Ok we dont expect you to be metro but atleast a pressed shirt, combed hair good smelling breath will take a girls breathe away

Exactly! A corollary to your theorem would be that the clothes end up in the same semi-crumpled state whether you iron them or not, so why bother?

Naah! Basically i m lazy. And thinking on such^^ lines and being a girl is tough! I wish people would stop judging me based on my looks or clothing or my hair or nails!

Don't worry, people who judge others purely on their looks are no good anyway. We (lazy) people will continue to live by our own rules, no matter how much they stare or how we are judged, so Boo to them!

IMHOwhat is wrong in expecting a person to be clean. for me a guy need not work or help me at home but he should brush his teeth after every meal, shave everyday and shower twice or thrice a day and wear clean clothes. I cant even stand the thought of a person next to me at work or in bus, didnt take a shower. and I cant even imagine living with one like that. I even go crazy when a friend says that she didnt brush while she is talking to me over the phone

I was a neatness freak too, but the water problems here has made it a pain to keep clean (especially for lazy people like me). So, me just chills nowadays.

2. Brush my teeth: One of the few things I do regularly.
